Temperatures have dropped into the single digits and we are starting to get some more information on the current snow storm heading for the area. Temperatures have dropped to 9 degrees at O'Hare at 7 degrees in Romeoville at the NWS. Wind chills are in the -2 to -7 range over the areas. Temperatures will slowly rebound to about 15 degrees tomorrow, but it will bring snow into the area as well.
All counties north of I-80 (Will County and north) are under a Winter Weather Advisory that will begin tomorrow at 9am and expire at Midnight Saturday!!! The forecast calls for 3-6" of snowfalls, but the latest model runs currently indicate a 6-8" range. There are many factors that will play a wild card in this system. Stay tuned later more a much more detailed outlook on the storm and an update on the snowfall totals!!
