Still a Few More Hours To Go!

The snow is coming down at rates of more than 1" per hour in some places and the snow is really starting to pile up! Midway is reporting at 5.2" and here in Romeoville 4.0" have fell since 5pm at the National Weather Service. There is still at least a few more hours of snow to come, as it is not expected to taper off until around 7-8pm, and exit the area from west to east by 11pm!!! Travel times have tripled and MANY flights have been cancelled at all major airports!!! I advised that you stay indoors, but if you do have to go out, drive safely, and be careful. Go slow! Most roads will not be cleaned due to the heavy snowfall rates and salt ineffectiveness! Stay tuned to my blog and Facebook Weather Page Wacky World of Weather!
