Good evening. The snow has finally come to an end across the Chicagoland area and most of the snow totals are right in line with the 5-7" predictions. Some areas have had more, with Joliet topping out at 9.1". So far, unofficially, O'Hare has 5.4" and Midway has 7.3" Those totals could still go up a little, and O'Hare's could be increased a little as well due to the lake effect. Here in Romeoville, we have seen 6.6" of snow! A complete list of snow totals will be posted later once everything becomes official and no new snow is expected to occur. Temperatures have actually risen slightly to about 20 degrees and will hold in the mid 20s tomorrow.
The Winter Storm Warning has now been cancelled for all areas.
A warm-up is expected later this weekend and next week. More on that later! Stay tuned for more updates here and on the Facebook page with the same name!
